Shipping Information Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, please allow 4 to 7 business days to receive your order. Website orders (non-custom) are usually packed for you within 48 to 72 hours pending credit card authorization and verification. All About Eve Jewelry then ships via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. A flat rate of $7.00 covers shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation on all orders. Shipping is free for all orders over $100.00!
If expedited shipping, gift wrapping, shipping insurance, or international shipping is requested, then contact Tamara via email prior to purchase as additional charges may apply.
Sales Tax Sales tax of 6 percent will be added to orders from residents of Maryland.
Return & Repair Policy Tamara hopes that you love your new jewelry, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, then return it within 21 days of the purchase date for a refund. Refunds will only be made to the same method of payment you used to process your order. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item to All About Eve Jewelry. Refunds will only be made for jewelry returned in unworn, perfect condition.
To make a return, first send an email to tamara@allaboutevejewelry.com stating your request for a refund. Package the piece carefully in a hard sided box with appropriate packing material. Then, mail your package via prepaid insured mail with the original receipt. All About Eve Jewelry is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Repairs are usually few and far between, but normal wear and tear sometimes deems it necessary...sending an email to tamara@allaboutevejewelry.com is the preferred method to initiate the process. I will then send you specific directions regarding the return of your piece for repair. Repairs are free of charge on items returned within four weeks of the purchase date. All other repairs will be made at the customer's expense. Because a majority of my jewelry is "one of a kind", note that materials may not be available to repair your piece to its original state.

Additional Product Information I strive to accurately present and describe each piece of jewelry. Be aware that variations in computer monitors and web browsers can modify the color and hue of online photographs and thereby change the appearance of my jewelry. All lengths are approximate and necklace lengths do not include the pendant. All pearls used are cultured in freshwater. Those that are not of natural hue have been color enhanced.
I create each piece with a commitment to quality, but some of my pieces are more durable than others. Keep in mind that natural materials, especially shell, can be delicate and will require more care when worn.
